3nd pickup single cab swap onto 2nd gen 4runner frame
I have a 1991 4runner with a mint frame good drivetrain but the body wont last the next 5 year. I wanna keep it and swap a pickup cab on it. I know for sure the 4 first mount are the same. Is Anybody has done that before?

You will most likely be making mounts or spacers for the back of the cab and you might as well plan for a DIY flatbed.
Anything is doable with enough time money patience and/or skill.
Depending on your local laws you may have to register the vehicle as "reconstructed" and/or have it inspected since there are VIN numbers all over it that will no longer match.

Not exactly, I put a 1980 chevy pickup cab on a 1979 Blazer frame.
