33x10.50
The number one question i see asked on yotatech is about tire sizes, and so many people ask if 33x10.50 will work on stock suspension. So today I decided I needed some new tires for my 4runner and ordered me a set of BF-G A/T tires. I will have them mounted Thursday so I'll post some pics. Goin to break them in at Windrock Sat. if anyone is interested.

Well got the tires today and I really like them. I hit 80 on the interstate so they dont seem to bog me down with the stock gears. I hammered the pinch welds but thats about it. No rubbing on flat ground. I will give them a better test this weekend.

Also bolted my lift on the rollbar.

They look good man!! Like the hi-lift mount too, if you flip the bolt around though, you can just put it on with a wing nut, If we meet up this weekend, make sure to check mine out...

Looks good man!! I never thought it'd be a problem on stock wheels, it's when you go to a wider wheel, that you get problems. Let us know how the trail treats you.

Tc - i would just like to say, if i could start over on everything i'd done to my 4runner, i'd pretty much do everything you did. I've noticed lately that I envy the trucks on here with little to no lift, 33x10.50s, lots of armor and locked. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

those tires look great...i've got the same ones

well i went up to windrock this weekend and had a pretty good time. the tires did surprisingly well in the mud. i was impressed. it was very dry overall but we did find some nasty wet spots... in the dry dirt and on the rocks i had no complaints at all. awsome traction... the day got cut short when i had no clutch. i had no fluid in the resovoir and had to creep out in first gear. that sucked... no store was open so i had to drive about 20 miles shifting gears without a clutch... if i stoped my friends would have to push me so it would go in first. i had to make lots of right hand turns and u- turns... but other than that it was great. and the tires didnt rub that bad either. i would def go with these tires again.

EDIT: and how does it drive w/the 33's and stock gears? You have 4:10s and a 22RE right?

Hey T, I bet there is brake fluid (from the clutch master) all in your drivers side floorboard, under the carpet. you can fill the master back up, and bleed the slave (passenger side of the tranny, near the front) and then replace your master cylinder when youhave time, just watch the fluid level.
