Seems about right. $30 idler arm, $20 pitman arm, $50 alignment, $200 labor fee (2.5 hour job @ $80/hour. doesn't really take 2.5, but that's probably what they'll tell you it takes).
I'd say buy a $5 pickle fork or rent a pitman puller, replace the pitman and idler yourself, take it to firestone for a $50 alignment, and spend the $200 you saved on a keg or two.

Better than the quote i was given. Local place i went to get an alignment done, said they couldnt align it without the idler fixed. They gave me a quote for about $575. It gave me a chuckle since i can easily do it myself.

I'd also say do the work yourself if you can...
I replaced everything in my front end (idler, pittman, TRE's and adjusters, upper and lower bj's) and then had a computerized 4 wheel alignment done for about $270.

I have a policy of not working on my own junk.

Now other peoples rigs, I have no problems with and have never had a problem. Weird, huh?
