3 engine codes...ideas?

short version skip to last paragraph

Bought a 89 pickup(22re,5spd,4x4) last week and this week i have been fixin it up. When i picked it up it would start run crappy and then stall out.
So far i change the oil out twice, right now i have some marvel myst oil in there. I replaced the cap, rotor, wires and plugs all oem toyota. fired it up and still ran crappy but somewhat better. then i replaced the fuel filter and when i was installing the new one i noticed a broken wire coming off a sensor on the lower right hand side of the block, like right under the oil filter kinda. i found where the wire had broken off of and properly connected it. this time when i fired the truck up it ran pretty good. i figured the old fuel filter must have been junk. i took the truck next door and filled it up with fresh gas.
So feeling fairly confident about the running condition of the truck i went out and registered it. Today i let the truck warm up for a few outside the shop where i work and when i came out like 15 mins later the truck was off. when i started it up it started running crappy again. i brought the truck in and bolted up the new cat back exhaust i got for it and when i started again it ran fine. i pulled it out of the shop and let it idle for a bit and then tried moving it again at which point it threw a code. pulled the codes and got 13 14 and 43.

So i guess all i was wondering is if anyone else had gotten this batch of codes b4 as they all seem related. Right now i am thinkin either bad distributor, ignitor or coil. i have spares of all of these but i am lazy by nature so i thought i would see if you guys thought i should replace one b4 the other?

sorry for the book...
