Im not quite sure where the little black wire coming off the starter goes im pretty sure its the ignition switch but I tired wiring iut to that wire and it will pop out when I turn the keys but it wont spin

 

Did u hook it to the wire that comes off of the clutch start switch from the pedal area? The wire should run through the ECM. I'm not sure what U mean by pops out but doesn't spin.

 

On my swap I spliced a wire on to the b/w wire pin22 of the H1 harness plug. (grey one). That wire comes from the starter relay. I then ran it to the black wire for the starter motor. Should take care of your problem. Mine is a 91 4Runner with a 95 1/2 Tacoma 3.4 engine.
