3.0 vze piston rod caps torque?

So I have a bad nock in my 90 4runner and was thinking it might be a piston rod bearing. I Did all the fun work to get to them with a 4X4 version, and pulled the first two caps to see how the bearings look and they look fine, but was wondering what the torque specs are suppose to be on those when I put them back together.

Chilton says... I think... 33ft lbs, rotate 90, rotate 90.... 33 pounds sounds a little loose, but maybe that's right. and the 90 90 thing is a little confusion too.

I'm no machanic but I'm more mechanically inclinded than most!

First, throw away the Chiltons manual~

That is the spec for head bolts in the FSM.
