3.0 v6 head machining

the r side head on my 95 4runner 3.0 had to milled down .007 thousands to remove the warp . this seems like a lot to me anyone know how much is to much? will the other head and intake have to be cut the same?

Usually anything over about .009 warpage is junk. No, you wont need to surface the intake. If you have one head off, you should have the other head off and grinding valves on both since its a 3.0
