3.0 running like s@*t
Whats up guys, ok, i was out wheeling alittle and while trying to get through a decent little obstical my runner just bogged down and died. It contiually would not rev up like it usually does and it took a little time to back myself out. I have a 93 3.0 5spd and i was in 2 wheel.
Now once out it is not running right. it runs decent but now sounds all throaty and girgily. by the muffler and tail pipe, it sounds all pulsey. And by the tail pipe it sounds like i have a radical cam in it. It revs up kinda normally but is ruff and shakes, and vibrated the vehicle while driving. Im thinking something jumped off or something and the timing is retarded, there are alot of sighns leading me to belive this is the prob. i dont know if its not running on all cylinders or what. Something like that would most likely be the reason.
If anyone has an idea or sugesstions or anything let me know, ill be around to check this thread and answer stuff if someone whats to know anything.
Thanks guys.

Let's hope it's something simple like a dead plug or wire. Check all of your spark plug wires. When they come in contact with hot engine components they can burn through, causing a simple electical arc that will misfire that cylinder.
Unfortunatley, your symptoms can also point to loss of compression caused by a blown HG. Time to check the inside of the oil cap for milkshake and the radiator for loss of coolant.
