3.0 Over 200k

I did a some searching and found mixed ideas on the longevity of the 3.0 engine. Seems like the consensus is the 3.0 is an underpowered engine but if taken care of right can last quite a while.
Now for my question. What should I look for when looking at a 3.0 in an 89 4runner with just about 200k on it?
I also found of from the seller that the previous owner was in an offroad clud and did regularly go on trails and other stuff.
I did go and look at it and drive it, it started right up and no weird sounds, also seems to drive pretty nice actually.
What do you guys think? Any feedback would help

i purchased mine from an owner who used it on his farm and to drive around town. It had 220kmiles on it then. i have beat and abused it for the past year and have had no problems yet. it still runs strong and the only thing i have done was fix some emmisions things and regularly change the fluids. you probably have nothing to worry about. If its a descent deal i would grab it.
Before you buy it maybe you can run the VIN and see what has been done to it.

hmmm ok maybe ill have to consider it a little more. I was told all the fluids are synthetic in it. And its also lifted, has lockers and new 35s. And most if not all the work was done my Mooses 4x4 (reputable offroad shop)
I think Ill go back and check it out again
