Unhappy 3.0 Missing/Bad Idle

*Every* time I start my truck, the engine feels like its missing for about 10-15 seconds. Then all the sudden it idles perfectly. Ive also noticed as soon as the oil pressure builds up, everything is fine (maybe unrelated). This problem happens in the morning, during the day, cold, hot, doesn't matter. Im not getting any codes, and Ive pulled plugs, wires and cap and everything looks fine. It had a valve adjustment done about 3 months ago, and new timing belt. This problem just started about a month ago. Any ideas to where I should start looking?

Have you checked your fuel pressure? Fuel filter, pump, or leak could all cause that problem.

That sounds very simliar to my problem, only my problem happens every say 3rd start when she's cold and after say sitting a few hours when the engine won't be dead cold but say luke warm. If it's warm like say I parked it for a few minutes she fires right up. Also, if I rev it when it misfires, it corrects the problem and starts idling fine.
