3.0 engine mount and starter question.

I finally installed the new 3.0 (only a year after starting the project) and ran into a bit of a hitch. I used a doner engine from a 90 runner IIRC (its been a year give me a break) and when we went to install the new engine we notice that the motor mounts from the 89 (my truck) won't fit on the built engine. Luckily, I still have the mounts from the doner so we used them and they fit .

What I noticed now however is that one of the bolts that hold the stater on is behind the motor mount. Did Toyota change the way it mounted its starters on the 3.0 or are the later ones just a huge pain in the arse to change?? Either way we got it in so it should work.
