Can you delete the egr sensor crap on a 94 3.0 v6?

You can just plug the vacume lines at the Egr. I hate how dirty the inside of the intake gets from all that exhaust.

The EGR reduces NOx emissions and prevents pinging. You can disconnect it if you want, but you may need to run premium fuel or retard your timing. Or in the long run, replace your pistons because of the hole burnt in the top of them. An EGR delete isn't going to make it go any faster.
