2wd motor vs 4wd..

Hey guys I have a 1994 Toyota pickup 3.0 automatic. Recently I did a 3.4 swap and ended up taking everything back off and re selling it to make a nice profit in a time of need lol. But I wanted to go back to the 3.0 and keep it simple so I picked up a good motor. It’s a 93 3.0 out of one of the rv’s so it’s 2wd. I’ve changed the motor mounts and I’m having problems lining in up to the bellhousing. Are the flywheels different or something else? Or do I just need to keep on fighting the thing until it decides it wants to go? I couldn’t really find any forums about this specific problem.

No idea, but it really needs to line up perfectly.
