2wd grill on 4wd pickup?
Title says it all pretty much... Can you put a grill from a 2wd pickup on a 4wd pickup? I know the bumpers are interchangeable, so i'm pretty sure the grills are just wanted to check before a pick a black one up to replace my chrome grill.... (I dont like chrome ) lol

there are two different 2wd grill styles but either will swap right over.

Bump! JDMHondaguy, have you changed out the grill yet? I was looking on e-bay, and they had some 4WD grills in black. I realize it's aftermarket, but the price isn't bad. I would reconsider installing a 2WD grill. That's what I have, and I want a 4WD grill.
Actually, I've been trying to figure out the grill situation on the trucks for the past 2 hours. So style-wise, there are 2WD and 4WD grills for 89-91, and 2WD and 4WD grills for 92-95, right? Basically, 4 different kinds, besides some other modifications from one to the next?
My favorite is the 92-95 4WD chrome, like this one: (unfortunately, this isn't my truck)

That is a 3 piece grill, right? (Center piece; L and R headlight bezels)
I've realized the difference in the bumpers from 2WD to 4WD. Does anyone know if that grill will fit a '90 2WD if I change to the 4WD bumper? Would I need to change the corner markers also?
I know, I know, why don't I get a 92 or newer 4WD, right? Well, I can't afford that, but I think I could manage to afford a new grill and bumper. If I got that changed, I would love my truck so much more. Yes, I'm superficial and cold-hearted.
Don't get me wrong, I would love having an SAS'd rig on 37s, or some long travel IFS, maybe a locker for the rear, that would be great. Unfortunately, I have to do what I can afford. And I can come close to affording an e-bay / junkyard grill and bumper. After looking at so many sweet rides on here, I'm getting really jealous!
