22RET Bolt On Applications

Ok I know TEC has a kit for about 1,400 clams...Does any one else make a turbo ugrade kit? I know many will say...slap a garret in and homebrew it...I live on an Island where parts to Frankenstein motors are scarce I want to keep the FJ sleeping (8K Miles in a year) so I want this 86 4Runner to be down a maximum of one weekend. I read somewhere that DOA was working on a kit but seems like it never went inot production?

LC engineering has a kit also. I think it's in the same price range as the TEC kit.
You can find CT20 to T3 adapter if you look around enough. If you do your own homebrew, just order some mandrel bent exhaust pipe (several 180s) and a few silicone couplers and you're good to go.

The CT26 (supra) is probably as close to "bolt on" as you're going to get without spending money. It will work if you slot the bolt pattern - no idea on spool up, but the water, oil feed, and drain are in the ballpark.
