22re will not start

Hey Guys
I was driving home the other day and my truck just shut down on me so I pulled to the shoulder. I tryed to restart it but she will only crank she will not fire over. Had truck towed home. I found that the EFI fuse was blown under the hood, replaced the EFI relay and the coil. With the key turned on i can 't hear the fuel pump running so I got a new pump put it in still can't hear pump running still turns over but no fire. Also the check engine light does not lite up with the key turned to on.

Any help?

Are you getting spark at the plugs when you crank?
Have you tried jumpering the B+ and FP terminals in the diagnostic plug to manually activate the fuel pump?

on the 91, the EFI fuse is under the hood. There are other fuses beneath the dash that could be suspect though.

jumpering the B+ and FP terminals in the diagnostic plug to manually activate the fuel pump? How do I do that? The EFI Fuse under the hood was blown. Is there a fuel pump relay or reset switch? It seems like im not getting any fuel. With the key on you should hear the fuel pump humming right?
