22re timing issues
I can' get 22re has Random popping miss at idle I tried checking timing can' get it to 5degrees at all with light I jumped diagnostic plug but can' really notice drop in rpm but the check engine light flashes checked throttle seems to shut all the way fine also checked tps ohms all test fine except second position it reading O.L. but tolerance say good below 2.3 not quite sure if O.L. is considered below 2.3 where to go from here also if unplug tos engine does not change either

I'm assuming you were checking the tps. Below 2.3k means 0 to 2.3k. O.l is open circuit meaning infinite resistance or higher than 2.3k meaning you're tps is either broken or out of adjustment. Replace or adjust the tps

Yes there is 5 test all checked out but 2nd I just don't wanna buy for no reason I can't get timing right it wanders everywhere if I unplug tps does nothing same way jumper t1 e1 does not idle down that I notice engine runs good spark plug show good burn but has a random stumble or miss at idle

I don't know what test 2 is. If it is the idl to e2 test then your tps is bad or not adjusted properly or your throttle screw has been tampered with. Google 4crawler tps tips and it has all the info you will need.
if the idl circuit is not working then the computer is telling the engine to run really slow instead of idle

If the TPS is not sending 'throttle closed to' the ECM base timing cannot be achieved,
likewise, if idle speed is substantially over spec, base timing cannot be achieved.
These things are true, even if the jumper is in.

Had the same problem with my 1994 22RE. My mechanic swore I was crazy because it ran for them but would shutoff on the road for me. Turns out the ECM went bad and was sending a signal for the injectors to dump fuel constantly. This would flood the engine and cause the "appearance" of misfires when in actuality it was flooding. Use a multi meter and test the voltage on top of the injectors with the ignition on, if it is constantly firing then you know it is your ECM. Hope this helps!
