22re stutters

My truck had the slightest miss at idle. I've heart lots of 22re's do it but i had most of the parts for the tune up minus wires. I decided to replace the cap and rotor before it got dark. I replaced both and started it up and it idled fine. Try to go to work this morning and idle was fine. Pull out of the driveway and it had a pretty good miss. As it warmed up it got a lot worse. I pulled over and checked firing order and it was correct. Came back home and put old rotor/cap on and same problems. Checked the codes and it was throwing 21, 41, and 51. TPS, O2, and switch something. I ohmed out the TPS and adjusted it best i could and it technically passes the ohm tests once i adjusted it. I pulled the battery and the switch code cleared but i still have the O2 and TPS codes. My truck doesn't have EGR or any other emissions stuff that i'm aware. Previous owner deleted it. O2 code i knew about before hand. This is my daily driver and its missing so bad its undriveable and shakes terribly.

Please help.
