22re sluggish at lower RPMs solved
I'm just posting this in case it helps someone else.
symptoms: sluggish power below 2500 rpm, low idle rpm
no check engine light
tried: replaced wires, plugs, cleaned throttle body, checked tps, AFM
unplugged the O2 sensor and it ran much better (open loop)
Replaced the O2 sensor and it solved the power problem. Runs like a champ now.

I had similar symptoms, but it ended up being loose band clamps between the air box and throttle body. Just FYI for others with sluggishness. Glad you got yours worked out!
