Yesterday I replaced the AFM on my 22re because it would go erratic under a load or at high RPM, well when i replaced it it did the same thing, but worse it also has no power what so ever

 

You replaced the VAFM but didn't test it, or the new one before you put it in? Was it a refurbished or used VAFM? Did you test the TPS has a smooth Vta signal? Did you check the signals at the ECU? How about your VCC output at the ECU and those two sensors?

 

The VAFM was brand new as for the TPS and ECU signals no i have not tested them

 

Always test new to you parts. Doesn't matter if God Almighty himself handed it to you, a Toyota parts counter, or a big box store. Mistakes happen all the time and quality control inspection does on occasion fail..

Anyways.

Start with voltage checks, ideal is 12+ volts a minimum of 10 at the battery, the ECU and VAFM. VCC at the ECU should be dead on 5v, and little if any variation at the VAFM(VC) and TPS(VC or VCC).

VAFM and TPS should have smooth curves closed to open on Vs and Vta.

 

OK thanks i'll check those, but now its kind irrelevant because i just started it and it has a slight bottom end knock
