22re running rough

The 22re in my 89 toyota pickup starts right up cold and runs fine but when it warms up it starts running rough when i give it gas while driving it hesitates and stumbles and the check engine light flickers. Does it mostly when I'm driving and step on the gas after its warm the more I drive the worse it seems to get then it will die and not start back up till it cools down. I checked the codes and got 41 and 51 for the tps replaced the tps and still does the same thing. Thinking it might be the fuel filter but I replaced that less then 10k ago when I did the head gasket.

Any ideas?

Check your plug wires. When is the last time they were replaced? If the insulation on them is getting bad, it will cause you're truck to do what it's doing. I was having the same problem and replacing the wires took care of it.
