If it was a wet component I think it would have dried out by now, its been like 5-6 days right? Still not working? I would have a similar problem but the connector to the coolant temp sensor would get wet and short out. I don't think that's your issue though. I second the TPS, there is a way to test it on 4crawler or in the FSM with a multimeter.

so, im gona sound pretty stupid saying this, but i just got done inspecting everything i've touched on this rig since i got it, and it turns out one of the holes for the spark plugs is stripped (i know, i know...) so the spark plug was going in wrong and when i pulled it out the gap was completely closed, i kind of fixed it. but yeah, the block is def. stripped, (sorry for wasting everybodys time) Does anybody know what I can do in this case?? thnx...

well the hole is not completely stripped, wat happen is that the spark plug was goin in at a wrong angle and the tip was gettin bent as it was going in. I gapped the spark plug and put it back in a little bit straighter. drove it around and its holding in place, but there is a clicking noise coming out of it. (its spark plug #4 btw)

yea, for some reason i just cant get it seated right. i keep taking it out and putting it back in and I could still hear the clicking, but the truck is running good. i've been driving it like that and the spark plug hasnt come flying out like i've read has happen to many people on here......
