22RE Intake Upgrade/Swap

There was a thread on here about 6-12 Months ago were someone on here swapped an intake from an early 90`s 22RE onto an 85-88 22RE (i can`t remember what year it was) because they flow better than the early intakes. I have an intake off a 90+ 22RE that i want to swap onto my truck, but i can`t find the thread, ive searched but maybe im not using the right search words, does anybody remember this thread ?, if so could you post a link to it.

Thanks

allegedly the late manifold / throttle body flows a bit more because the early manifold has the throttle body turned down and the late has it straight into the manifold.
I've never seen a flow comparison between the two myself. But there shouldn't be any problems with the swap, other than maybe the late throttle body and ducting might hit the hood.

The manifold and throttle body are a direct swap, my question was more about the vacuum line conections, the newer intake is a bit diferent as far as the vacuum lines go.
