22re idle surging with A/C on

ok guys im still having trouble with my truck, i have a new problem wen i turn the ac on the idle starts to surge. the truck has a new IAC,cap,rotor button, spark plugs, and plug wires. the truck is a 93 22re 4wd mods are in my sig minus the MSD coil and accel plug wires

check for vacuum leaks. also that the a/c idle up adjustment isn't too high or low.

on the side of the intake manifold is the a/c idle up valve- has what looks like a big screw on it:


With the a/c off, it does little to nothing, but when the a/c's on, it allows some air to bypass the throttle and raise the idle speed. Turn the screw in with the a/c on and the idle should lower and vice-versa.
