22RE - High Idle coming off the highway
94 Toyota - 22RE - 218K Miles
Just about every time I come off the highway, the idle stays aound 1800-2000.
If I turn off the engine and start it back up again, the idle drops to normal.
Any ideas?

^ I had the exact same problem, and just got it fixed yesterday. My problem started lightly, but it gradually progressed, to where the idle would stay stuck at about 3k. Then the check engine lights started appearing.
Are you getting any check-engine lights coming up?
