22RE Engine cutting out

22RE Engine cutting out
I just put in a brand new MSD external fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator on my 22RE. I have the pressure tuned in just about right. Engine idles fine but when I give it gas it cuts out and wont even go to 3000 RPM. I've played with the distibutor, but I have a suspicion that its a fuel or air problem. I'm open to all suggestions.
