Just curious to what you found out, I'm stumped and won't be able to tear back into mine for a while.

Deez, have you tried running whit the cap loose so it is not to build pressure?

I was curious about it needing pressure to seep into what ever it's leaking into. Now it seems like it maybe a mechanical issue...not sure what though. So it leaks not matter if it's under pressure or not, just being hot. Seems as if some sort of valve is leaking. I'm running out of ideas. Let's ponder this a while. Hmmmm

How fast is the coolant leaking? Is it real noticeable when you remove the cap?

Yes the coolant is leaking fast. I think I am going to take the head to a different machine shop and have them check it out too, this is baffling to me that I am about to put this thing up for sale and let someone else stress out about it.

your intake manifold gasket to cylinder head could be leaking. i made the mistake of not getting all the old gasket material off the manifold before putting it on the head it caused a leak between the coolant passage and my intake port. also if your head was machined too much the head bolts could be bottoming out and not allowing the head gasket to be fully torqued down.

My motor is doing the same thing..lots of antifreeze in exhaust. I pulled the exhaust manifold away from the head and it's just coming out of the number one cylinder????
