22re cold starting problem
Let me start by saying that I have been searching for info on this problem for some while now and have still not been able to fix my problem. When starting my 22re in cold temps (40 F and below), the engine will start momentarily, run a little rough for a second or two and then die. I have to do this 5 or 6 times until I can get the engine to stay started without dying. I then have to let it warm up for about a minute before I pull out or touch the gas or it will die again. I have replaced both the cold start injector and the start time injector sensor and still have the same problem. If anyone could help me with which direction to go next, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

The ECU could be getting an incorrect indication of engine temp and ambient air temp from the coolant temp sensor and afm temp sensor, respectively; the idle air valve (below the throttle body) could be stuck or otherwise not operating properly; you may have a vacuum leak; your warm idle speed may be set incorrectly (possibly due to vacuum leaks or the IAV not operating properly); your fuel injectors may be dripping as opposed to spraying properly....
