22re-changed fuel line now wont start
hello everyone i have a 1988 runner with the 22re in it and have ran into a couple issues. i took out the gas tank and when putting it back in the main fuel line got bent and started leaking. i replaced the hard line with a rubber line, there is no leaks however now it wont start. i have fuel up to the pressure regulator but when i check the plugs they are absolutely dry. any ideas where it is stopping?

i have no experience with this but my first first guess would be a air bubble? my second would be if the I.D. of the rubber line is the same size? maybe if its to much bigger or smaller you wouldnt get the same pressure.

i had the same idea about the bubble but to my knowledge the 22re doesnt have a schrader valve on the fuel rail to get rid of it. the line is 1/4 same as the original rubber line that connects the hard line on the firewall to the fuel pressure regulator. is this to small?

You had the tank out.
How much gas did you put back in??
I also think you might have the lines hooked up wrong at the tank.
Which line was it that cracked the pressure side or the return.
did you use fuel injection line and clamps??
