22re blown head gasket?

I have searched the forum and am pretty sure that my head gasket is blown or my head is cracked. Last week the truck started overheating on the freeway so I started to pull over. As I was pulling over my upper radiator hose blew. I fixed that and filled it back up with coolant. The next day I drove just a couple miles and it started overheating again and then died. Few hours later was able to start the truck and drive the two blocks home. So when I started looking at it I soon found that there is a lot of coolant in my oil. My guess is the head gasket is blown. Maybe cracked head because of the overheating? Don't think its the timing chain because there was no noise from it. The engine has almost 200,000 on it. Is there anything else it could be. Should I just tear into it and take the head into the machine shop to get checked out? What are all the gaskets that I am going to need and what brand should I get? What other parts should I replace while I am in there? Plan on tearing into it in a day or two and taking lots of pics. Thanks for all the help!

As long as you're +-5psi on the cylinders you're fine. Heck, even 10. If you see one at 140, and another at 20, you know you have a problem.

I know you said there wasn't any noise coming from the timing chain, but I would look at that too.

Water vapor/condensation coming out of the rear pipe? Maybe you dug into a water sleeve?

I don't think there was any condensation coming out of the pipe but I'll check. Will hopefully have the compression results tomorrow.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to get new head bolts while you're at it.

Any recommendations on where to get the gaskets, head bolts, and timing chain?
