22R Timing Question

I have an 87 4x4 with a freshly rebuilt 22R. I am running a Weber 34 DGEC and a header. I have the timing set per the setting on the sticker under the hood, 0 with vac lines plugged from the dist, and it is dead on. My question is-should I advance or retard the timing a little based on my setup? It doesn't feel like it has the "snap" that it should. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks
