2 in lift on 88 4runner?

2 in lift on 88 4runner?
I would love to put some 33" in mud terrains on my rig but know ill need to make up for the extra two inches of clearance. (i have 31" on there now)
So this is what i have figured. Wabbits 1" inch body lift.
Then crank the torsion bars down enough for another inch.
After that i would make some shackles for the rear that would be 2 inches longer than the factory. ( i read on here for every inch you make your shackle longer you get .5" lift )
Now if i drop the rear end an inch, am i gonna have to muck around with brake lines, drive line issues, etc etc. And would i be better off with blocks rather than longer shackles??
Also up front, how far can you crank your TB's down before you start getting into serious camber issues?
I dont want my tires looking like this... \ /
Note: I am trying to do this with a 150 to 200 budget.

Tis the daily driver. Not to mention none of my friends have 4x4 trucks.
I mainly just trail ride. I keep away from what i know i shouldnt be in....
Im more or less just looking for a little more ground clearance.
3" more clearance right now would be killer.
Then all i have to do is axle work and I will be contempt...
This is all provided i can find some 15" or 16" x 9.5" rims for cheap.
I really dont want 10.50" rims, that much tire is more than i need.
I want more pounds per square inch on them tires...
Not to mention less tire my poor 22re needs to power.

Put some 33x10.50 tires on the stock wheels. They work fine, fit better (i.e. less rubbing and/or less lift needed) and saves money since the 10.50s cost less than the 12.50s and you already own the wheels:

The truck doesnt have the factory wheels on it.
But i could find some. good ol craigslist.
hmmm two sets of rims and tires... i like the sound of that.
I really dont think i want to go any bigger than 9.5 on the tires.
Had to pull my head out of my rear end to realize my rims are not 10.5 inches wide, my damn tires are... lol (I r the rookie gearnut)
