Since its not a factory kit, you have two options.
#1 Find out the manufacturer, and see if they still offer a replacement glass
#2 Go to a glass shop, and have a custom piece of glass made ($$$)
#3 Take it to a body shop to have a new roof panel welded on (this is the proper way to do it, but its $$$$$$$$)

That only applies to factory parts Yota.
I should have asked in my post if it was a factory glass....the silicone threw me off, since Toyota doesn't silicone their stuff.

or you could replace the whole thing with an aftermarket one of similar size. but if your luck is anything like mine you'll never find one near the stock size until 2 weeks after you have the hole welded up.
