1st gen runner tool storage?

I know some of you must carry tools with you when you wheel. I usually stuff my giant Craftsman 7 drawer chest in the back and tie it down but it makes a ton of noise and weighs in at a little over 150lbs, that on top of the weight of the hard top and 200-400lbs of camping/wheeling gear makes for a lot of weight. I was looking at one of the Craftsmans tri fold 192 piece sets but they don't give measurements for the case on the web site (I'd like to oder online due to a discount and a free orbital sander offer). I'm looking for a tool box/kit/thing that will fit in the access hatch on the rear passengers side so I can stuff it in there and forget about it until I either need it for a repair or I get a chance for a quick stop in at the local pick-n-pull.

Ideas?

I don't really trust stuffing anything in between the plastic side panels and the sheetmetal. They're so flimsy one good jostle and I'd think something heavy would bust outta there. Plus unless you stuff stuff in there it's gonna rattle like crazy!! Eventually, I'm going to rip that out and install aluminum(which I've had for YEARS...) paneling with proper access doors for storage. I also will be rebuilding my current storage box to a full size with slide out drawers, lockable too so I can rock my soft top!!

I just have a metric wrench set that roles up from harbor freight, a 40piece socket set, 1/2 breaker bar with extention. and an extra breaker bar pipe if needed. All I have needed. I keep extra zip ties and a role of electrical tape in the glove box and a leatherman in the center console. I keep the sockets and wrenches behing my driver seat. Probably weighs a total of 20lbs
