Thanks to all. Unfortunately the 35520-22021, cable, throttle I ordered at Toyotapartsoverstock.com was denied after purchase. They too explained the part is discontinued. The same thing everywhere from everything on the internet. Not even Joe Karr in Texas junk yard has an old one for sale to rebuild as a backup.
