Yes you'll have to change transmissions and mounts, A JZ is a pretty expensive and involved swap, and it isn't done very often. 7mge is an easier swap into the older trucks and much cheaper.

If you insist on a JZ series engine, a 2jz is ALWAYS a better choice. It was marketed in the USA, parts are easier to find, it's .5L larger, and there is no replacement for displacement.

Yeah, as a Supra guy who has owned 1JZ and 2JZ motors, I can tell you for the effort of a 1JZ, just go 2JZ. Autos will bolt up with the right parts, but manual transmissions you're best off with a turbo Supra R154 transmission with the 4wd tail housing off of a V6 truck/4runner R150.
Motor mounts will need to be fabricated. bicperformance.com makes some mounts, you can look into them.
