1994 Truck Rear leaf spring help!!
Help!!
I am in the process of installing a add-a-leaf to my 1994 4X4 extra cab Toyota Truck.
I thought I did my homework and purchased all the parts. But guess again.
I got the Pro-Comp add-a-leaf wich came with new center pins.
I had new u-bolts made.
I figured while I will have the springs off I would put in new polyurethane bushings which I ordered and came from Energy Suspension.
Ok, all parts ordered. I started what I thought would be a somewhat easy project. Wrong.
Factory U-bolts came off with out breaking them, but had to use a 4 foot sheater pipe.
The nuts of the rear bolt shackles came off ok, but the bolts will not budge. The bolts are now trashed from beating them. I Had to cut them off.
So now I need bolts. Ummmm Where do I get these?
Oh but I forgot the rear shackles are not bolts but pins pressed into the shackles and are different lengths.
Got the drivers side rear sping off after cutting the front mount bolt off, and got lucky with the rear shackle bolts/pins. They slid off but I curled the threads from beating them off. The upper Shackle mount still has the factory bushing in it and I have no clue how to get them out. I guess torch them like I did the springs.
The factory bushings I had to torch/burn out, but they are out and cleaned up and ready for the new bushings and guess what the new ones will not fit, to big. So all the Poly is going back to the place I bought it. But I still need bushings ummm who has the right size that I can order from?
So now I don't know what to do?
The passenger side rear sping is not removed yet, and the front mount is right next to the gas tank. So not sure how I am going to get these front and rear mount bolts off. U-bolts are off and all nuts are off all bolts. I think I can get the sping off, but I will have to cut all the bolts off again and burn the bushings out, but wanted to be sure someone out here in 4X4 land can help me with getting the right parts before I trashed the other side.
Yes, I soaked all the bolts with PB blaster 1 week prior to this mis-adventure.
I have photos of all the shackles and springs of this project gone bad if anyone wants to see them.
Please any help tips or tricks would be great.

I need to get this truck back on the road pretty quick.
Thanks
