My 1994 Toyota pickup had a problem where randomly when the signals or the emergency flasher is on it will randomly stop flashing. When this is happening the lights on the dash will just be solid and not blinking and on the outside, the lights aren't flashing. I have done nothing to fix this problem yet. The signals and emergency will work sometimes but if left on for too long or when switched on it will blink a couple of times before freezing.
