1994 Pickup

I have a 94 pickup that I just bought. I am having trouble with my lights. My turn signal lights on the front don't work, not even with the hazard lights on and at the rear of the truck my brake lights don't work. Does anyone know what my problem could be?

Always start with the basics, check your fuses & bulbs first. It could also be a relay. Here is a diagram of the fuse block. It is labels 4Runner but the Pickup uses the same one:

You hear clicking when you turn on directionals or hazards?
The green arrow indicators on the dash also don't work?
What do you mean "with the hazard lights on"? You mean the switch is on but no lights, or some lights are indeed flashing?
The marker lights in front on each side of the headlights are only markers and do not flash.
