I have a 1994 4Runner with a factory radio that is locked. Does anyone know the code to unlock it?

Go to the dealer, they can reset your radio, as long as you're the registered owner of the vehicle. When I worked at the Toyota dealer, we charged $20.

Those old radio codes were input by the vehicle owner, so it can be anything from 000 - 999 and that's 1000 combinations.

 

I figured it out,,,the previous owner had written their 3 digit code in pen on of the pages in the manual...so what I had to do was hold the "1" and the "tune UP" butto n down at the same time, then input the code..radio wor


Glad I didnt take it to the dealer, they wanted $79????
