1993 manual transmission

A friend of mine just bought a 1993 Toyota pickup 3.o manual trans. On the way home the shifter broke and I was trying to find out if there was more than 1 manual trans that year. Thanks

Give people more time to respond. I'm sure there are plenty of shifter that might work.
Which part broke? The shifter housing, shifter at the top, down in the trans?

You can decode you truck info by looking at the sticker on the inside of the door and go to this site. http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ToyVIN.shtml
Put in your info and you will find out what transmission you have. Then you can see what shifters will be interchangeable. Hope this helps
