Hey there I recently Bought a 1993 Ext cab Toyota Pickup with the #ZVE engine that needs some work. I bought it with the top end of the motor apart and the front of the motor off like the waterpump timing parts, etc.

Well I went to put the heads on today and since I bought new head bolts I wanted to put them on the heads of course.
Well with the heads It seems I need to take the camshaft out to get all the head bolts out completely.

So I got the the last Camshaft Bearing Cap bolt and wouldn't you know the head is stripped and I cant get it out.

I'm pretty sure I can get the bolt out if I grind two sides of the bolt some and put a socket or vice grips on it. (hopefully without the bolt snapping OMG that would suck)

But I am of course going to need a new bolt to put back in so I can properly torque it down.

I have not been able to find replacement bolts online yet and my local junk yard doesn't have any Toyota's let alone the the same truck.

My main question is Where Can I get these bolts besides the same model truck in a junk yard?

(Just on a side note My head bolts I bought online didn't come with new washers and some of the old ones are missing argh I did manage to find those online though. Although its listing two different part numbers for the same damn engine.)

I didn't think the dealer would have something like that but I guess I will give them a call..

Incase they can't get me them is there any other vehicles that use that same bolt somewhere?
