1991 sr5 4runner Brake trouble.

Greetings. So i'm a proud new owner of a 4runner 1991 that lived 19 years in the vinterland, and i want to give this beauty another 20 years of service ... thought i got this one brake problem i havnt yet seen anywhere else... it goes like this

I know what a Bad bleeded system should look like but it isnt like that at all.... When i brake.. the pedal is just totally... nearly free untill nearly the end.. where for no reason it start to brake and it lock the wheel... then.. At my Rear anti lock seems to engage... it's like i loose all brake and i gotta pump manually is i want to have any kind of braking power... Kinda starting my Career into mechanic so my experience is very limited... Any clue on where to look would be Really appreciated... If any other info is required. Please ask...

( The master beeen replaced by a Oem from what i heard... so did the Clutch master... Yet i dont know if there could be any relation between those. no leak nowhere. Nothing is jammed on the brakes and everything is lubricated correctly (( I work at toyota so i do it Dealer way ))... )
Thanks for your future help !

Dumb question, have you checked all pads and shoes? Flush the brake fluid with fresh, and check power steering fluid.

Pad and shoes are at like 60% fr and well... like 40% on shoe. All fluid are okay. And i'm waiting untill the snow is out to flush everything. Got all here at home. (( the car isnt plated yet since the brake problem ))
