Well, my daughter's truck has blown a head gasket or cracked a head. She noticed it getting very hot at idle and shut it down the other night just after getting it home. Let it cool off and found that the radiator was almost empty. We filled it back up and everything was fine but it looses coolant after driving for a while. Found some milky residue on the oil fill cap that is most likely not condensation. Dipstick shows clean tho. We decided that we are going to sell the truck as we don't have the funds to repair it this time around. Still runs great otherwise and drives just fine.
