1990 3 Liter A/C Question

Found the parts to rebuild my Denso 10PA compressor, found them with and without the metal "head gaskets" as they are described. My question is, the ones I took out "look" fine except for a few bare spots that the coating has flaked off. Will these be OK to reuse or should I just get the kit with the new ones in it. Not that I'm a cheapo or anything, just looking to save a few bucks.

Can you post a link to where you found the rebuild kit? Debating a rebuild versus replace ac compressor. I don't really have an answer to your question, but if its not that much money, I'd replace them.

www.ackits.com and found them cheaper on eBay if your're an eBayer. You can search Toyota or (Nippon)Denso 10PA
