end of story. super heavy duty electronic flasher from bussman part # bp232 fixed it. i recommend this flasher upgrade to pretty much everyone. senses how many bulbs are on the system( 1-10) and self adjusts for things like leds and trailers. 10 buck part and has nice loud click, no more driving w/ blinker on! i had three prong flasherand hooked two prong one up just like in bleeders pics with the two wires only and viola. bp233 is a three prong, they just didn't have it and i didn't need it. i also relocated mine to the bracket that bleeder did between the pedal assys. cuz it is soooooooo much easier. thanks ya'll, bb-c.

I see that bracket you tied your LED flasher to, empty on my truck. from the unmarred paint, looks like nothing was ever there. My flasher was right above the heating duct connected to the roundish metal dash support. Had to remove the straight section of duct to get at it.
