1989 pickup with 3vze problem HELP

just bought myself a 1989 yota pickup with the 3.0. it's needed some TLC from the get go but I am now stuck. With that being said I am no where near a mechanic but I can usually manage to get stuff done.

The problem I am having is with the brakes... the pedal will go to the floor and theres next to no pressure.

the vehicle wont actually break until it hits the floor and the tires will lock up tight.

I installed some new brake lines after finding a leak, and have bled the brakes 3 times.

no visible leaks from any holes in other lines no leak from master cylinder or booster. reservoir holds fluid.

without the truck fired up I can pump the breaks and they get hard but as soon as it starts the pressure is gone and back to the floor.

I have heard a bad master c, booster leak, bad check valve, clutch master c

I wanted to know if anyone here has had that problem and fixed it before I spend how much for each part plus time .

PLEASE any advice is greatly welcomed!

adjust the rear brakes before you buy any parts.
