wow, someone screwed that rig up!
first pic is missing fuel pressure return line.
dunno about second, but tracing that tubing to its other end would prolly help
give you an idea.
the other two, I think, are for the AC which it loks like someone ripped out.

Lets see in order,
#1 - that is your fuel pressure regulator and has a hose that goes from it to the rear VSV on the back of your valve cover. Scratch above that is your return line....WOOPS

#2-Will have to look on my 4runner, dont know off top of my head.

#3- No

#5-?????

I'm not exactly sure what part the plug in the last pic is for, but I think I know where it goes.

If you look uned the intake runners, at the front, just behing the bottem of the TB. There is an injector style plug in the faces the firewall.

It could also be the plug in for the cold start injector. Look on the driverside middle of the Plenum, right in the middle there is a banjo fitting. There should be an injector style connector hooked up about 1/2" away.

the cap/boot is the oil pressure sending unit hook up. There is a clip that slides over the end of the unit, then you slide the boot on. You can get the sending unit at NAPA for $37. The hole under the oil filter is where the oil pressure sending unit goes. When you get a sending unit, get one for a gauge, not an idiot light.

The first and second pic look like the dashpot off of the side of the intake must have put the screw to slow down throttle from closeing as air cannot escape as fast.

The VTV is supposed to have a little filter on the end, not a screw.
