ok i took my heads off to replace some parts and clean it and i was wondering wat would u suggest to clean them without haveing to send them out and pay money to get them clean ok thanks

 

carb/brake cleaner and a brass bristle brush. i try to avoid cleaning parts at home, i don't have a parts washer or any kind of pressure washer so i just make a mess and don't get much done. the machine shops around me are very reasonable(they'll clean all your engine parts when you do a rebuild for between $30-50) so i usually take stuff there.
