Want to show off my new 4Runner

I got it home finally.
it is a 1989 4Runner.4cyl/5 speed 156K miles
ZERO rust. all around great shape.

Here it is on the trailer

Here it is after i removed the running boards

And after i cleaned the heck out of the inside

For now it is going to remain stock and be my DD for the family. I will be blacking the wheels out as soon as i buy some paint. In about 2 years i will start making it better for the trail. I am surprised on how nice it is under the carpet and rear pad, it looks brand new. I am so lucky this one found me. I cant wait for the summer now so i can take the top off

Just noticed i posted in wrong section, can a mod throw this in the 86-95 section? Thanks!!

Wow! Nice 4runner!! I don't know why, but that maroon style interior is really starting to grow on me. Probably because it's kind of a retro look nowadays.

When you get ready to mod it up for the trail consider WabFab.

Nice find!

If the carpet is still in good condition, it?s probably worth the effort of re-dying it. However, there are replacement carpet kits available if you want to go that route.
